Happy Friendly Smiles is a pediatric dentist in Kissimmee, Florida. It is listed at 1319 Osceola Pkwy c, Kissimmee, FL 34744, which places it among the local businesses of Kissimmee that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–4 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Happy Friendly Smiles at (407) 343-0509; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is happyfriendlysmiles.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Everyone was very attentive and welcoming. I really liked the waiting area for kids, it was well organized and had plenty of activities to keep children entertained while waiting. The appointment itself was excellent. The entire team was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this office to other families.

HORRIBLE SECOND EXPERIENCE ! My son is 6 years old very aware ! I was completely honest about the needle and the whole process. So when he was telling them someone was bothering him and THEY SAID THEY were doing NOTHING while having a needle physically in his gum he freaked out because he knew he felt it and they said they weren’t doing anything ! Some kids are old enough to be aware and they did not take the time to understand being honest about what they were doing would have brought him more peace and patience to wait it out. Not the doctor saying we’re just waiting dude and assistance saying it’s nothing. PLEASE UNDERSTAND SOME KIDS ARE BETTER WITH HONESTY. MY SON HAS ALOT of dental work ! I have never seen him go into a panic like that. Following up he said mommy I felt it sharp in my mouth but they said they weren’t doing anything I was scared I didn’t know what was happening!! COMMUNICATION WITH THE PATIENT EVEN IF HES YOUNG HE DESERVES THAT AND IF THEY TOOK TWO MINUTES TO TALK TO ME INSTEAD OF HER EMPLOYEE WHO MESSED UP FROM THE BEGINNING. I had to pull my son up in the chair from falling off in the beginning she didn’t even have him on the chair correctly either. Just a Ve

10/10 recommend!!! First you walk into a bright, inviting environment and then greeted at the desk with such beautiful and friendly staff! There are sensory and occupational toys for kids to play with in the waiting area and plenty of seating! They have coins for candy machines full of little toys & trinkets for kids when they are done with the dentist. The dental techs and dentists are so sweet and patient. They managed to make my kids feel safe, calm, and cooperative, even when they felt a little scared of whatever they were doing; which says a lot because one of my kids is Autistic/Adhd and he sometimes won't even let me brush his teeth at home. Super grateful & content! Thank you all so much!

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Happy Friendly Smiles. I had appointments scheduled for both of my children, and upon arrival I was informed by the front desk staff that the office was unable to see patients due to their internet being down. While I understand technical issues can happen, the way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. The staff member at the front desk appeared distracted by her personal phone while assisting patients, which gave the impression that patient care and communication were not being prioritized. I was assured that I would receive a call the following day to reschedule my children’s appointments and was told there would be β€œno issue” getting them back in promptly. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call or any communication from the office. Clear communication and professionalism are extremely important, especially in a children’s dental office. Sadly, this experience left me frustrated and disappointed with the overall level of customer service and organization.

I had a very disappointing experience at Happy Friendly Smiles. We waited almost three months for an appointment for my son, expecting the pediatric specialist would actually provide treatment. However, after finally getting there, they did not perform any treatment at all. The doctor only looked at his teeth and then referred us to another clinic for the crown and fillings, which made the whole visit feel like a waste of time. What made it even more frustrating is that they still tried to charge over $100, even though nothing was done during the visit. Waiting three months for an appointment just to be referred somewhere else is extremely disappointing. Another concern was that the doctor prescribed antibiotics without any clear reason. My son had a fall and tooth injury five months ago, but there was no infection, no fever, and no signs of any problem at this time. It was confusing and concerning that antibiotics were prescribed after such a long time without explaining the reason. In addition, the staff were not friendly or cooperative, which is very important in a pediatric office where children should feel comfortable. The clinic environment also did not appear very hygienic,
